Nevyl Blandier Miche BIKOUMINI is born in Congo (Republic). He is currently a student graduated in geography at Marien Ngouabi University and attached at Congo Meteorological Services. In 2008, Nevyl has been involved as a peer-educator in the National AIDS Council. As part of awareness campaigns he has been advising youth on HIV/AIDS concerns, leading cultural activities and participating in seminars as concern. Since 2017, he co-founded the Congolese Youth Association Without Limits for Education (CYAWLE) and currently the Secretary-General acting as the Secretary in charge of organization, Education and Formation. The NGO is a non-profit Sustainable Development Platform, international voluntary organization run by students, workers and jobless. The overall goal is to promote youth awareness projects on issues related to education, peace, sport, health and the environment. In 2018, Nevyl promoted the "Schools and Young Eco-Responsible" project within the school community that aimed to highlight the SDGs in schools.
